Welcome to TimeSprout (hereinafter referred to as "this Application"). This Application is developed and operated by Fu Jidong (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), and we own all ownership and operational rights to it. Please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement before using this Application. Once you start using this Application, you are deemed to have agreed to accept the binding nature of this Agreement.

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and us regarding the use of this Application and related services. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please do not use this Application. Minors should read this Agreement under the accompaniment of their guardians and use this Application after obtaining their guardians' consent.

1. Definitions

(1) This Application. Refers to the TimeSprout Application developed and operated by us, providing student planning functions such as schedule, todos, homework, student tools, etc. The application package name is com.celestmoe.timesprout, currently only operated on the HarmonyOS operating system.

(2) User. Refers to natural persons who obtain and use this Application through legitimate means.

(3) Service. Refers to all functions provided by this Application to you, including but not limited to todo management, schedule, homework management, countdown, local backup, desktop cards, etc.

(4) Subscription Service. Refers to the paid subscription function provided by this Application, implemented through Huawei IAP service on the HarmonyOS platform.

2. Personal Use Only

TimeSprout is only for personal user use. Without our written permission, you may not sell, represent, or otherwise commercially use TimeSprout and its related materials, services, or software. If you have any opinions or improvement suggestions about TimeSprout during use, you can contact us through the feedback channel in the Application. We may reference your suggestions in Application improvements.

3. Protection of Minors

If you are a minor under the age of 14, you should use this Application under the accompaniment of your guardian, and your guardian should properly manage your usage behavior. Before consenting to a minor's use of this Application, the guardian should ensure that the minor understands the relevant content of this Agreement and the TimeSprout Application Privacy Policy. Our handling of minors' personal information follows the provisions of the Privacy Policy. If you are a minor's guardian and find that we have collected improper information about the minor without our knowledge, please contact us through the contact information at the end of this Agreement, and we will handle it promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

(1) User Declaration. The user acknowledges that the copyright of this Application is personally owned by Fu Jidong. Fu Jidong reserves the right of final interpretation of this Agreement. "Intellectual Property" refers to all rights stipulated in the Patent Law, Copyright Law, Trade Secret Law, Trademark Law, Anti-Unfair Competition Law, etc. (all of which are laws of the People's Republic of China) and all applications, updates, extensions, and restorations therein, whether implemented and effective globally now or in the future; the user agrees not to modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of TimeSprout, agrees not to obtain source code from the TimeSprout Application through decompilation, reverse engineering, disassembly, or other means; the user agrees not to delete or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other ownership notices related to us or any third party.

(2) Application Rights. All intellectual property rights of this Application's software code, interface design, icons (not system-provided), copy, trademarks, etc. belong to us or relevant rights holders, and are protected by relevant laws and regulations. Without our written permission, users may not copy, distribute, adapt, or commercially use the above content.

(3) User Data. Data input and generated by users in this Application (todos, courses, homework, etc.) belongs to the users. We do not claim ownership of user data, nor will we access or use user data without user consent. All your business data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

(4) Open Source Declaration. This Application uses some open source components, and the copyright and licenses of relevant components follow their original open source agreements. The specific list of open source components can be provided upon request. This Application is a closed-source application as a whole and is not open source.

5. Usage Rules

(1) Legal Use. You should comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and your local jurisdiction, and shall not use this Application to engage in any illegal or infringing activities. You are responsible for the data content you input into the Application, and we do not review it and are not responsible for the legality of the content.

(2) Account Security. You should properly safeguard your Huawei account, and losses caused by account leakage shall be borne by you. When we find abnormal use of an account, we may restrict relevant functions to protect your rights.

(3) Application Usage Restrictions. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this Application, shall not modify or adapt the Application code, and shall not distribute this Application through non-official channels. This Application is a HarmonyOS native application, and you should obtain and update it through official channels such as Huawei AppGallery.

(4) Data Responsibility. Since your data is stored locally on the device, you are responsible for properly safeguarding the device and backup files. We are not responsible for data recovery caused by device damage, loss, or unauthorized operations. We recommend that you regularly use the local backup function to export data. This Application uses AES-256 encryption for local data storage, and the security level complies with the HarmonyOS framework S2 standard.

6. Subscription and Payment

(1) Subscription Purchase. You can purchase subscription services through Huawei IAP. The subscription period and price are subject to the subscription page display, and the Huawei payment system will charge you at the time of purchase.

(2) Auto-Renewal. If you enable auto-renewal subscription, the Huawei payment system will automatically deduct payment for renewal within 24 hours before the expiration of each subscription period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in the Huawei account subscription management. After turning off, the service during the current subscription period remains valid, and will not be renewed after expiration.

(3) Refund Rules. Refunds for subscription purchases follow the refund policies of Huawei IAP and Huawei Pay. You can apply for a refund from Huawei customer service, and we do not provide refunds beyond Huawei's refund policy. Used subscription periods are typically non-refundable.

(4) Subscription Restoration. After you change devices or reinstall the Application, you can log in with your Huawei account to restore the subscription status. After restoration, your rights during the valid subscription period continue to be valid.

(5) Rights Changes. We reserve the right to adjust the scope of subscription rights. Adjustments will not affect the subscription rights you have purchased and that are within the valid period, and the adjusted rights only apply to subsequent subscription periods.

7. Disclaimer

(1) Service Status Quo. This Application is provided "as is", and we do not guarantee that the service will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We are not liable for compensation for service interruptions or data abnormalities caused by system maintenance, upgrades, network failures, device issues, etc.

(2) Data Loss Risk. Since data is stored locally on your device, device failure, system crashes, misoperations, untimely backups, etc. may lead to data loss. We recommend that you back up regularly, but we are not responsible for data loss not caused by our intentional or gross negligence.

(3) Third-Party Services. This Application's Huawei account login, IAP subscription, weather, location, and other functions rely on third-party services. Interruptions, abnormalities, or policy adjustments of third-party services may affect corresponding functions, and we are not jointly liable for them.

(4) Force Majeure. We are not responsible for service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, government actions, cyber attacks, etc.

(5) Service Cessation. If we decide to cease operating this Application, we will announce it in the Application 30 days in advance. After cessation, we will assist users in exporting local data and handle users' unexpired subscriptions according to Huawei IAP's refund policy.

8. Violation Handling

If you violate this Agreement or laws and regulations, we have the right to take measures such as restricting functions, suspending services, terminating this Application's services, etc. according to the severity of the circumstances, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability. You shall be liable for compensation for losses caused to us or third parties due to your violations.

9. Agreement Changes

This Agreement may be updated due to business adjustments or changes in laws and regulations. After the update, we will prompt you in a prominent manner within the Application. For major changes, you have the right to choose not to accept and stop using this Application; continued use is deemed as your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

(1) Priority of Negotiation. If disputes arise during the performance of this Agreement, both parties shall first resolve them through friendly negotiation.

(2) Litigation Resolution. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a people's court with jurisdiction in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province.

(3) Applicable Law. The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are all governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

11. Miscellaneous

(1) Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions.

(2) Complete Agreement. This Agreement (together with the Privacy Policy) constitutes the complete agreement between you and us regarding the use of this Application, superseding all prior oral or written agreements. The Privacy Policy can be viewed in the Application under "Settings - About TimeSprout", or visit Privacy Policy.
